People who talk big and show off go ahead very fast 6. Making manager in offline parties and by other unethical things is a secret of promotion. 7. No Transparency in performance evaluation process. 8.Become a Manger's pet and your life will be good 9. Egoistic colleagues having ego of there degrees and so called collages 10.Instead of core process expertise too much importance is given to unnecessary things like event management celebrations etc.
