Pros

Work life balance. You can pretty much come and go as you please as long as your “work gets done”

Cons

Many consumers don’t want and don’t trust big brands, unfortunately thats mostly all this company has....and the emerging brands in the industry just don’t fit the margin profile to work for big food companies

Pros

Pick and drop facility. College environment. No work Pressure, since they have too many people (in SC)

Cons

Only low level transactional work in SC. (only good for 2 yrs) Market value of general mills experience is very low. They treat you as a BPO employee. Bad HR practice. there is no linkage between performance and appraisals. Its already pre determined based on favoritism. Not a growing company - sales is down year on year. Non deserving people in leadership levels. cant be compared to leadership in main stream indian companies.
