Very Political Having a manager that recognizes great work and supports you is incredibly rare Sink or Swim Managers are not great people managers Lax human Resource involvement with monitoring morale among AMMs Terrible at managing and fostering talent: Infamous for squandering high potential employees at the AMM level Underhanded people management tactics employed by some managers & directors
