Pros

My pay starting out (50k), plus car, and benefits. The twin cities are a great area, clean, good night life, and just an overall good place to live. People at the company are all very nice and really care about you as a person. The company will treat you like gods when you first start there with relocation cost coverage, social events, and tickets to twins games and such, onsite cafeteria, starbucks, hair salon, fitness center, company store, deli.

Cons

Corporate...which means politics and passive aggression, like i said most people there are great, but be mindful of the passive aggressive nature of the company and of the twin cities culture. Have to play the corporate game, make your boss look good, dont go against the grain as it is a very collaborative company...they have meetings about meetings
