Pros

Great benefits, work life balance, high quality training , personnel. Wining brands, credibility with customers. Continuous improvement initiatives. Steady, strong ship.

Cons

Slower to respond in consumer market, relying on canned approach/ systems rather than custom expertise with customer. Adverse to change even when key customers challenge organization as "late, slow" behind the curve vs innovator.

Pros

Strong brands and strong people.

Cons

All the common detractors for a giant company: slow, not agile, a lot of red tape to get certain things done, etc.

Pros

Benefits are great - medical, 401k, company vehicle. Flexibility of field location - work from home office. Company is well respected.

Cons

Poorly designed and ever changing sales territories. Lack of opportunity to advance or even make a lateral change within company with this position. IDP is a waste of time.
