Great Company - But Be Leary of Returning From Paternity/Maternity Leave (they will put you in a different role)

HR more concerned about moving forward, than rectifying issues When you return from maternity/paternity leave, you will likely be moved to a different role than when you left (not the best time to be moved...)

If you don’t want to gossip or be involved in office drama they will lay you off and hire someone else who they can manipulate into it.
