On-boarding is long and you don't get paid until you are officially on the program/project. They put me on the SEC project working as a Sr Virtualization engineer but the just laid me off and they cannot guarantee you longitivity. This is not the right company to work for if you are looking for long term or longitivity. They will lay you off with the same day notice. DO not be dedicated to them specially management. They will only protect their positions and not the people who actually do the work. Senior management does not show remorse for people losing their jobs due to layoff and will blame the federal agency.

Kept changing supervisors, went a month or so with no supervisor. They decided to decommission the desk I was working on and they only gave three weeks notice, told there would be opportunities for us to move from where we were being placed that was not accurate for us in Kentucky as they were closing the facility early into 2025 and was not offering us anything else besides where they put us. They did not give me all of my hsa funds that they were suppose to then after moving me to the other desk decided to state they overpaid me and hr would not return my calls or emails to tell me exactly when I was supposedly overpaid since all my pay stubs were correct. Not sure what happened but seems to be going downhill. Hr still will not reach out to me about the issue and it's been 3 months
