      Not micro-managed, but that depends on your manager

      Cons

      Raises have nothing to do with performance. Management is not involved whatsoever in finding new work when your contract is over. Not true for all other companies I have worked for. Severance pay is only give out if you have less that 4 weeks notice of your layoff (I had 19 days). Although the Coronavirus is causing companies to layoff, GDIT does not care. It is a horrible policy and you won't find that policy at many other companies. I do not wan't to be too negative, but GDIT needs to be more progressive and understand the environment around them.

      GDIT has become a large, uncaring entity with no loyalty to its employees. Bottom-line is the only goal
