Pros
Work / life balance seemed to be promoted and respected. Talented and personable peers.
Cons
Confused priorities: more time spent on reviews than production - even though they claim a backlog of work. Preached "innovation" but managed through fear and control, and discouraged new ideas. Promoted authenticity but everything felt very scripted and choreographed, including fake smiles and laughter. Rigid hierarchy with strict limits on communication outside one's silo. Just my experience? Nope. I asked around and was cautioned to take it seriously. The culture I experienced was stifling and toxic, and unlike anything I've ever experienced. I chose to leave without another role lined up. In this economy, that tells you everything you need to know.
