      Large company. Decent benefits. Offers online training on a lot of subjects

      Cons

      Large company. Difficult to have upward mobility when you are a contractor. If you were to work in the business side, you may have a chance.

      Pros

      The pay was nice for the amount of work you had to do. Sometimes if calls were slow you literally just sat there. You could get hired into other positions as they hire within shift bids allowed you to change your shift every 6 months and if your scores were good then you would likely get the shift you want

      Cons

      Can get really boring if you sit by yourself or don't get along with those around you
