Great experience builder. Great resume builder. You will learn a lot. Great pay(see cons)

Cons

Terrible management. It is obvious none of them have ever been in manufacturing long. Not open to suggestions. HR is the worst. Unethical and discriminatory. Will use personal beliefs and feelings to push political agendas. Obviously out to protect the company's interests while stepping on employees.

Cons

Terrible management, workplace politics matter more than ability, non-competitive pay within the local area, horrible work environment, lack of job security, active discrimination within the company, and no work life balance.

Good work life balance, good experience and breadth of projects when there is work, private company is good since they will rarely lay you off and will continue to throw money at projects for them to succeed. There are a lot of great people here to work with and learn from.

Cons

Slim benefits, management is not flexible with WFH/COVID, huge disparity between people that do work and those that are just collecting paychecks.
