Lots of talent throughout the org. - opportunities to learn from the team - great benefits - amazing product - pay is on par - location - Managers expect you to make your own way and find opportunities and go for it. Interesting and fun projects that make a difference.

Cons

Growing pains as the company continues to grow.. but these are also opportunities to dive in and help out. Horrible on-boarding process (don't really have one) - training is getting better.

Friendly Atmosphere, Keep you very busy, Leading the industry in Unmanned Air Vehicles! Nice people to work with. Management is willing to defend your position against others.

Cons

Communication barriers between groups, Email communication not always effective, better to meet in person.
