Pros

Good benefits (dental, medical, vision & 401(k)) and decent compensation when you start. One of few companies that still has a pension plan. Most employees are on a 9/80 schedule with off-Fridays.

Cons

Low annual raises. Sick time & vacation time are combined leading to employees coming into work sick in order to avoid taking vacation time. Lack of flexibility with work schedule. Senior management is disconnected from needs of employees. Lack of diversity in senior management.

Pros

Consistently busy, OT, hours, benefits

Cons

Pay is low for the amount of work, too much gossip and old lady drama, many personalities clash, constant arguments. Favoritism seems to be the way to get promoted and being a good looking female.

Pros

The company is positioned well for long-term business; the culture is supportive of older workers; good benefits package

Cons

There is increasing bureauracy and impersonalization of operations that has shifted the dynamic from "Providing what is needed to get job done" to "Sorry, I'm following what the process says"
