Great work environment. Plenty of opportunity to make contributions. Very professional work force that is dedicated to quality.

Cons

There are draw backs to the fact that as a non manager, or lead, it can be more difficult than necessary to get work done when so much information is required to be shared across a man anger / program manager matrix.
