Pros
Benefits are good, better than what other companies may offer.
Cons
Where do I begin: Down south: 1. Poor, messy management 2. None of them are knowledgeable in food or the safety aspects, nor are they trying to learn 3. Most of them can’t comprehend, & that’s if they can read 4. The operation’s manager is the worse employee in the building, he’s slow and lies just to have a conversation; he lies about ANYTHING 5. No training whatsoever, be prepared to train yourself or remain lost 6. Low pay, high expectations 7. No salary increase or promotion unless you are related to someone high up or have some type of outside relationships with decision makers 8. HR could care less about federal mandated issues that are violated 9. Nepotism is a HUGE issue down south, and what’s crazy is that they are all slow, literally. Which is sad because with all of the $ this company makes, you would think that they would hire more qualified employees; yet they hire those who can be easily manipulated and cheated 10. No respect or support for those trying to make the company a better place to work. In fact those are the ones they want gone, those who care and love their jobs, who can read and comprehend well, & retain information. I think this is enough, I’m actually tired of writing. They are SAD. Would recommend for someone who wants a free check and loves drama. Or if you can’t read and write, this place for you! They don’t care as long as you don’t tell their secrets!
