Pros

free lunches if you work day shift

Cons

Good luck getting paid. Turnover rate is horrendous. They say "open house w on the spot interviews? That's just figuratively cause once you get there they ask you nothing bout your past experience. You simply redo your application online. Bout 10 mim later your issued a hiring offer form. They tell you very little and then lie bout your schedule. Send you to airport for security clearance badging which is big process of which the company does not pay for your time nor for your parking fees like your told. Then you have airport safety training for 2 days of which they apparently don't pay for either cause 1 month later I'm still waiting to get paid. The payroll dept cannot be trusted to the point of not returning phone calls/emails. All this company does is lie. Whether it be pay, scheduling. It doesn't matter. you gotta be your own advocate in a place that could care less bout you. When walking in the place you might even consider the place a bit racist bit you be your own judge. Just Stay Away!!

Pros

This job is easy to get because it doesn’t require work experience. It’s for anyone who needs a job to pay the bills and find something to do. The duties of the job are easy to perform, and there are free meals and drinks provided.

Cons

There are expectations to work long hours from management. Long hours can be mentally draining especially during summer season and the holidays. Sometimes, management may not be patient many employees. Also, brand new employees may not need receive enough training to do the job. Declining to work overtime hours can be looked down upon by upper management. Thus, work life balance can be hard to obtain.
