You will have an opportunity to see if you can complete a project with limited skilled resources (people) with ungodly timelines

Cons

no bonus, ungodly timeless....unskilled resources (people), Poor planning. Plan to work weekends. Don't respect education and experience.

Great place to work, especially for fresh-out-of-college grads

Pros

Very smart co-workers, very demanding work (but not in a bad way), very interesting work, especially of you like airline industry. Adequate pay, autonomy, work-life balance.

Cons

They promise you bonus at the time of interview but are very stingy when time comes to pay up. Also, they do not promote from within and hardly provide any resource for you to grow professionally, or learn new skills or develop as a manager.

You get a paid, which is a good thing in this environment. Other than that... it is really hard to find anything else that is positive about this place

Cons

Sweat shop mentality. If you like being in an environment where highly educated people are treated like those sweatshops you see in "60 minutes", than this is the place for you.
