overworked, without additional support required to be safe

lots of overtime opportunity. I could arrive at 5:30 in the morning and leave at 10 :30 at night.

Cons

too much responsibility for one person with little support to complete task. Safety was a constant issue. Mngmnt wanted to use unskilled foreign workers to complete the task. Do to lack of communication and understanding of the task, these assistants were a liability. salaried employees were always working 12+ hours a day.

NEVER boring, VERY diverse, exposure to multinational, multicultural issues. Good people. Interesting topics.

Cons

Blackberry is a MUST (but isn't it everywhere)? So many things to do.... so little time!!!

Fast paced, complex environment. The travel and catering industry are great to be a part of. Senior Management really care about the staff. There is never a dull day. There is always the opportunity to learn about all areas of the business.

Cons

Its a 24 hour, 7 days a week world and working in this industry means flexibility and availabilty. As long as you know that going in, its not really a Con.
