No salary increment. Not sure how this company can survive when the good guys are leaving.

Lots of opportunity for career advancement. You get to see your decsions in action and are provided a lot of opportunities to make changes.

Cons

There are times wheen you are stretched thin. In most roles, you will wear multiple hats and sometimes the work can be overwhelming.

Cons

working overtime and still can't provide for family and the medical is outrageous. wants to invest in customers in stead of employee's. Gives the employee's expired food.
