Old and conventional with an old work force. The knowledge you gain isn't great because they use their own software called SACS, so not great for transferring your skills.

They gave us free pop and soda. I guess thats a pro... also it is easily accessible via the Blue Line. Other than that there are no other pros.

Cons

The previous negative reviews are true. Just like you, I thought it was an exaggeration. It wasnt. Let me explain. Everyone working as a ramp agent is miserable. That led to apathy. Nobody cares about anyone. The coworkers gossip and spread lies; sometimes, with other members of management who are just as toxic. There is a certain employee of human resources at the warehouse who doesnt want to do their job, pushes off her task to everyone else, and really rude. They tell you when hired, there are no opportunities for growth. All of these factors just forced me to quit.
