Principal and administrators cultivate a hostile workplace environment. Administrators are lacking in basic communication skills. Administrators are not supportive to teachers dealing with student behavior issues. Students are not held accountable for disruptive behavior in classrooms. Extremely poor management skills create a chaotic work environment.
