      I loved working for Gaston County Schools. I loved the students and my administration was wonderful. Also really enjoyed the schedule.

      The pay was so low for the amount of work we did.

      I honestly cannot think of any pros for working in Gaston County Schools.

      Cons

      They cannot pay their teachers correctly and they treat them terribly. They expect us to do a million things each day and then take it home to finish. They do not communicate with their employees and they can't admit to their faults.
