Some schools have good support. Great teacher. The gaston county learning conference at the beginning of year is one of the best for teachers. When I started there in 2017 it was a good school district but has since gone downhill.

Cons

The county did not pay some of their employees for several months. No concern for teachers well-being. Gas lighting teachers who speak up for themselves. Often micro-managed but given little to no behavioral support.
