Pros

Garrigues is a great workplace for learning and challenge your skills on a daily basis. It is an engaging work environment, where you fit from day one. Comparatively high salary.

Cons

There is a rigid hierrchy established. Sometimes It is difficult to put forwad your ideas. Employees (and partners alike) work very long hours. It is difficult to find a satisfactory work-life balance. Many partners are reluctant to change their ways or to embrace new technologies, making your work more tedious.
