Everything runs very smoothly. You have all the resources a lawyer can need. Important and fun cases and important clients. You get involved pretty fast with a good level of responsibility. Great investment on human capital, for example in terms of training as well as development. Good place to learn. Very good lawyers in general. Very good human resources team and all its support staff in general are great.

Cons

Total disregard to the body's need for sleep. No work/life balance. If you appreciate this, stay away. Also, too competitive. Lack of spirit trying to find the best solution for the client. Everyone is worried about their future chances to climb the ladder as fast as possible.

Great atmosphere. Better than average salary. Some company benefits. Most employees are young and people treat you well.

Cons

long hours. high pressure. no social life. It's a good place to gain experience while you're young and then try to move to a different company.
