Pros
I entered Garaje with some experience and with a great desire to learn both as a designer and as a partner. I feel very lucky to have entered this company. The team is constantly challenging each project and at the same time accompanying me and showing that they have many resources to do their work with excellence. I love the atmosphere both in my own team and in the company in general, always willing to be asked questions or to take a spontaneous "cyber-coffees" and disconnect (how difficult this is nowadays...)
Cons
Some clients can be a little unpredictable and generate unexpected changes in the project. However, I feel very confident because my leader is always around and responds efficiently and with the team's goals in mind
