There is high employee turnover because the management does not care about the employees. When there are problems they do not support you, there is no development plan for employees, they do not train. Management does not value the quality of your work only if you flatter them. There is great inequality, there are employees with a heavy workload and others who presume not to have it. People who change projects a lot and others who get stuck in unmotivating projects.
