      Discount, community focus, working relationships

      Cons

      Unfortunately the pros are not going to make the brand successful. Feels like a frantic daily effort with constant change to find what will work to save the brand and keep the customers.

      Pros

      Walking out the door was fun on my last day and eating my lunch in costa was nice too. The discount is good and I don’t have anything nice to say

      Ovetime non paid Drained and overworked Factory like set up Awful management No management No progression Assaults by staff and no one gets in trouble Racism Sexism You do not get paid enough!! Long hours Don’t go to the kew store it’s a dump

      Pros

      -Good pay -Enjoyable coworkers -Simple work -Options to avoid working indiliked areas (ie; cash, fits, kids, etc) -Good, regular hours -Nice discount -Managers are nice and chill, trust us to move things around if we need to.

      Cons

      -Inconstant days off, generally change week-to-week but that's normal for retail -Sometimes Gap makes things difficult, like multiple incorrect pull-back lists or suddenly cancelled or additional shipments -Not all stores are the same. Picked up a shift at other store in town and it seemed like few of them cared about the store. -The much higher-ups want us to push e-mail capture at check out which sucks.
