Pros

Not a single pro about this company.

Cons

1. Our Store Managers didn't do anything. They would pass everything off to the assistants and sit in the office on their phones talking to other store managers or pretending to do "office work". Many of them are in their positions only due to seniority and not because they are actually qualified or inspiring leaders. 2. Whoever is allocating labour hours given to stores to run is delusional. You never get enough hours to do the work that they expect from you and if you ever voice your frustrations you are met with a "deal with it" attitude and told to "work harder" 3. If the company makes a mistake it is up to employee's to fix it and somehow still produce stellar results. How can you expect top notch results when you can't even set us up with the right foundation to produce these unrealistic results. For example, (this is ONE of many problems), inventory would NEVER reflect the stores actual sales. We would get BOXES of items that weren't selling and never get replenishment of product that was sold out. THEN we were penalized for not selling or hitting targets. How do you expect us to sell when you aren't providing your customers with the items they actually want? 4. There is no room for advancement. 5. The company is probably going to go bankrupt because they have become irrelevant, their clothes are poor quality, they are ALWAYS on sale so there is no excitement anymore and they treat their employees very poorly. 6. Your shipment system needs a complete overhaul. You claim to be environmentally conscious but it's complete BS because we would constantly get HUGE boxes in our shipment and open them to find 3 socks inside. Also, everything is wrapped in plastic which is a huge environmental no-no.
