      OK place to work although could be better

      Pros

      Great clothing discount (although not as great with discount policy changes), casual work environment with some flexibility in work/life balance issues.

      Cons

      Heavy favoritism exists, not very competent senior leaders get promoted due to likability factor instead of based on professional ability or skills. Pressure on middle management to deliver favorable performance reviews for senior leaders' favorites. Phrase I've heard several times for favored staff is "don't you believe this person is performing above target?" as opposed to "how would you rate this person's performance?" for all others.

      Pros

      Company founded on great principles and definitely feel a sense of pride working there. People are great. A pretty young HQ environment.

      Cons

      Management is slow to change. It seems like it takes forever to implement something new. It also feels like you are never recognized for a job well done.

      Pros

      Decent coworkers and managers, it was a good place to learn the ins and outs of a major corporation, they kept an optimistic attitude, requests for days off were fair, great discount

      Cons

      low hourly wage and harder to gain more responsibility, when it is slow it can be painfully boring, and customers tend to have unreasonable requests for exchanges or ordering because of the size of the company
