No recognition for our efforts. People who seeks our help for each and everything will magically get recognitions for their accomplishments and we will be ignored as if such a person is not working there.

I cannot say of any that comes to my mind.

Cons

There is no appreciation you are treated like you are no one. They will intentionally give you bad reviews not to give you any raise and if you ask questions you do not fit there kind and they will find issues with you and get rid of you. There is no leadership and culture.
