Terrible, expensive benefits, no opportunity for raises/advancement, corporate purgatory, anyone but the Producers are exploited - underpaid and overworked.

Ok Salary, good benefits. Not much more to say.

Cons

Horrible training, contradicting instructions, be prepared to be set up for failure. Expect daily overtime. Toxic work environment . Salary is not worth the hazzle. That's probably why few people stay more than 2 years. Mayority of employees is very young.
