The global name is big. That's where the pros stop .

Cons

Joined the organisation thinking it's a big brand. Got disappointed. There is no value, culture or ethics. The senior leaders hired in last few years only do what's suited to them not for the over all Gallagher Global organisation benefit . The global team is great. Some fine leaders there. But the Indian senior leaders are not a great example of the Gallagher way. Don't waste your time here.
