Pros

My office is very generous with time off, however the company as a whole is not.

Cons

In my office there is no room for growth and very little training. The benefits are horrible - our medical plan is absolutely outrageous. The company is very disconnected as a whole in that there are so many different brokerages that do different things yet they try to make us all fit into a mold.
