Its a job where you can potentially be remote

Cons

Pay guardian program 15 K more than guidance even though in meetings guardian people didn’t even know what branch they worked on. They were not getting claims months into the program while they were encouraging those that make 15 K less to get as many claims as possible. Put certain groups of people With lower paying clients
