As long as you are friend with employee there you can easily get in, and if you make friends with the management group, you can easily get promoted.

Cons

The culture and environment is so political to the point that bullying is so common there, the senior management are all friends and relatives, with no proper educations or qualifications whatsoever. Management decision made based on no evidences, enforce changes without seeking a single feedback/experience from experience team members, and if you raise your concerns or challenge management's decision you will have a very hard life there. Management would team up to make sure you keep your head down. A lot of unethical things happened in the company.

Senior roles salary ok, though you are under resourced as a result.

Cons

Company is constantly going through change and restructure, very hard to have any clarity of where the future lies. Poor respect for employees as human beings and welfare. No support from management just shut up and go along with it. Work you like a dog and then happy for you to keel over and have a heart attack.
