Benefits are poor for a Company in Insurance

There are a wide assortment of costly insurance coverages that have been negotiated most likely by an AJG Producer with one of the "family" names.

Cons

Most of the coverages are not cost competitive with surrounding employers nor competitors. Seem structured for highly compensated employees only.
