Pros

Fairly good benefits. Very flexible work - they allow workers work from home. Relatively friendly management and they do listen to employee concerns. However, they are powerless to do anything as they have no control on upper management.

Cons

Very poor pay ranges. Very little career opportunities. Annual raises are few and skimpy. Many newer employees are hired in at $10,000 or more higher per year that current employees for same position.
