Number of files was overwhelming. Had to work weekends to keep up with claims load. Management unanswered emails and deaf ear caused me to get in trouble and eventual firimg

As a company the executive team has wonderful foresight and the ability to attract top talent as well as some of the best merger candidates.

Cons

The nepotism runs ramped throughout every level of the organization. Every office in ever region is lined with individuals from the "family". There is little to no upward mobility for anyone outside of inner circle.
