Fully remote position and a 4 day work week

Cons

Wayyyy to much work. Not enough support or time to accomplish all takes. Case loads are too high. Always doing duplicate amounts of work to appease the metrics. Outdated systems

Very chaotic work environment. Very high caseloads. Company is constantly changing the way things are done, and not in a way to benefits adjusters.

If you can not find other work, it's a job.

Cons

Work life balance? What's this? GB may state they offer this by "being flexible" but this really means, they'll let you run errands but you better be by your phone. Vacation? Illness? Death in the family? They do not care. You better be by your phone. They'll let you go, they'll just call your cell or not so subtly require you have wifi and your laptop. The workload expectations are unrealistic. Then they'll ask if there is anything they can do, as though giving you 80 hours of work to be done in 40 is feasible. They'll start nice and supportive, but then the mask will slip.
