From day one, I knew this would be a bad experience but I stuck around anyway. It was terrible. The training was minimal of their very complex system. When I reached out to management for assistance, I was treated as though I was incompetent and they had no time for my questions. They have three systems they work out of, each feeding into the other. Very difficult and nearly impossible. I reached out to co-workers for help but because of their overwhelming workload, they weren’t able to assist but did say they went through the same frustrating experience and felt the same about management. Also, don’t expect lunch breaks. You’re expected to work through those. I brought up that lunch breaks are required by law and my manager’s response was, “Well, most people choose not to take them but it’s up to you.”

Have never worked at such a terrible company although my team were lovely Management were hopeless No support. Left to your own devices with a caseload the size of a planet! No wonder things went wrong on an almost daily basis.
