Benefits were good but expensive. That is the only good thing I can say.

Cons

I still have PTSD 2+ years from leaving them. I can't hear an email ding notification without it giving me anxiety. Complete lack of understanding of what employees go through and personal boundaries. Vacation days are ignored as I still always received urgent texts and emails requiring me to login on holidays even at 6:30 in the morning. So many sleepless nights during employment and after due to work trauma.

High deductible health insurance with no copay plan Unlivable salaries. AJG is at a minimum paying $10,000 less than other brokerages Annual review, does not mean annual salary increase. Employees are given a “cost of living raise”…mine was 53 cents. Some of my co-workers received even less. Some “raise”. Effective 2024, monies received for writing new policies was revoked. Work load that should be handled by 2-3 agents

Soul crushing work load No support from anyone They are deceptive and have no problem misleading employees and clients Antiquated claims systems No bonuses or raises for anyone except sales and management No accountability for any except adjusters Complete lack of respect for their hardest working employees Ludicrous metrics (they track how many voicemails you have, but not closing ratios, new claims, etc.)
