Pros

I don't see anything good about Gallagher. Supervisors are afraid of speaking up for their employees for fear of losing their own job.

Cons

I've read multiple reviews about people working from home. At the location I worked people were not permitted to work from home. Also, some reviews state minimum raises. I worked for Gallagher for over 5 years and no one at my location received raises.

Pros

The check clears when it hits your bank account

Cons

No leadership. No creativity. No raises. Subpar benefits. Cronyism. Nepotism. Numbers are massaged to meet the message demanded by corporate. 4th quarter and the belt-tightening feels more like small-cap company with 125 employees. Why not watch the budget all year? Leadership is full of 27 year veterans that serve no organizational good but suck up all the resources. IT resources and resources in general are limited. Job duties impossible to accomplish. Client work takes second stage to internal processes and tasks. If you are not in Sales, you do not exists.

Pros

Reasonable pay, ok work life balance, if you work right, it can be beneficial

Cons

No growth, come as being racist “it’s the other team’s fault (people are non Americans)”, can’t suggest any improvement, your name can’t be on any documents you create “the whole Team is part of the doc even though you created”, you bring up a point, you work in it(as if it’s our fault that we found a fault), no communication betweeen management and employee or between supervisors, if work is done by other team, no way to know the overview of what’s done (no knowledge of the work, just what you do),same thing you do every day, do only what’s documented, needs be redefined based on the industry standard, otherwise it seems like 1st grade work
