Good stepping stone

Good stepping stone for career but employees with long tenures are not well regarded in the way you would expect Office has air-conditioning and is right next to Waitrose

Cons

Low pay in comparison to other brokers - senior members get the same bonus pay as junior members and there is a disparity in the workload Cliquey teams - if you're liked by the boss then your bonus will be great Management don't care about issues and are completely segregated from everyone else - they have positioned themselves in the middle of the office seemingly to look integrated but have walled themselves off from the 'peasants'.
