Flexible work schedule is great, but the management and communication horrible

Pros

35 hour work week, potential for a 4 day work week. Some people can work from home, but you have to be a management favorite.

Cons

Lack of consistency in basic operational procedures. I can not adequately describe how archaic the computer system is; it is truly god-awful. There is an overall lack of professionalism.
