No real cons but I guess being a large company under constant scrutinty equals more paperwork and certain ways of doing things which arent always efficient

Too much change for the sake of centralization and cost-cutting

There are many good people to work with.

Cons

The last 7 years has been nothing but change, much of it good, but some very painful for much of the company. The work-live balance is non-existant as working on a majority of weekends is unavoidable and there is little opportunity to take vacation time.
