The reasons to work there: a large company with tons of helpful resources, each branch office maintains it's own cultural identity.

Cons

Cons: San Francisco location is not in the financial district, its hard to get too. Little or no reward for hard work and dedication. Management suffers from lack of management training.

Salary is above average. Referral bonus is high. HR is approachable. You could actually enjoying your job if make friends around here. Good place to jump from technical to non technical career path. (I did it)

Cons

Cafeteria is amazingly ridiculous, unhygienic and too tiny considering the head count. Management is reluctant to take action against team leads (even if there is evidence provided against them.) You have to wait for six extra months to get your annual bonus. (In next six months you are due for another bonus. This is their way of keeping employees interested.) Attrition rate is pretty high. Making it difficult to rely on your colleagues. You never know who's leaving, when!
