Unstable Workflow, Great People, Remote Flexibility

Pros

Met some genuinely great colleagues. Remote work option was a major plus. There was occasional support from upper management, and the FedEx team.

Cons

Lack of consistency in workflow and directives procedures changed every few months without a clear strategy. Leadership tried to help but often missed the mark. This created frustration, high turnover, and a feeling of burnout. Communication and planning needed serious improvement. Also the pay was below average, to much work and not enough pay.
