Good company. Pays well. May work from home. They recently down sized the office and lost my office for a cubical. Firsts class support.

Cons

Not any room for advancement. If you are dedicated to a client and the client chooses to go with another broker company you may loose your job. Extremely busy and projects seem to be last minute issues.
