      Solid culture, supportive team/coworkers. Willing to teach and provide opportunity for growth and learning. Client relationships are strong and rewarding.

      Cons

      Benefits/Compensation. Client demands as well as structural demands are unrealistic at times. Disorganization and lack of communication. Somewhat unclear goals and objectives day to day.

      Work from home, some decent co workers

      Was brought on from AP merge and sorely missing the culture and my old job. Gallagher uses extremely Complex systems with minimal training, yes they train.. but if you ask questions they treat you like youre incompetent. Make sure you’re an expert in 30 days or else you’re not living up to expectations. Burnout culture is the norm. You are truly a “cog in the wheel” like they say within their values. Worst job I have ever worked, not good for mental health.
